Quad-Burn Technology
The name Quadra-Fire comes from our patented combustion system, which allows for secondary combustion to take place in four areas of the firebox called "combustion zones." For the last sixteen years, this technology has allowed us to have the cleanest burning line of wood appliances in the industry, as rated by the EPA.

Front to Back Log Loading
The Quadra-Fire wood appliances were first designed around the idea of front to back loading in the mid 80's. This adds a measure of safety as well as superior efficiency in wood loading and burning. By holding the end of the fuel, it can be loaded completely in the firebox without requiring you to reach inside. During operation, air travels through the box front to back and back to front. Loading wood in the same direction allows for even, controllable burning.

EZ Clean Firepot
Our special design and shape allows most combustion debris to exit the firepot during use and the shutdown cycle. The remaining debris can easily be removed while the stove is cool by scraping the firepot with the provided tool, and simply pulling on the EZ Clean handle. The contents are then dropped into the ash drawer underneath.

Fully Automatic Pellet Technology
Every pellet stove we have built has been fully automatic. This feature allows your customer to simply set the desired room temperature on their thermostat and make sure there is fuel in the hopper. All pellet stoves built today also offer the flexibility of three burn rates to allow for the perfect comfort level. One of the biggest contributors to hands-free operation is the consistent delivery of fuel by our jam-proof feed system. We put a 1.5" diameter steel spring in a 2.5" tube. Since there is so much play, we have no trouble with inconsistent fuel. Most pellet stoves are sensitive to sawdust content or the size or hardness of the fuel. Ours is not. This allows for consistent trouble free fuel feeding whether someone is home or not.
